Intro

N3O Academy is our UK-based training initiative for our clients, combining charity sector best practice with hands-on, practical application of N3O's suite of systems, including Engage CRM and website infrastructure.

The N3O Academy 2026 takes place on the 15th–16th September at St Thomas Centre, Ardwick Green North, Manchester, M12 6FZ, with parking available on-site.

Your ticket includes refreshments on arrival, tea and coffee throughout the day, lunch, plenty of networking opportunities with fellow charity professionals, and access to all sessions, demonstrations and workshop materials.

The Academy

Day One (Tuesday) – Growing and Nurturing your Supporter Community

Day Two (Wednesday) – Building a Smarter, More Effective Charity

On Day One, we'll look at practical ways to help your charity raise more and build stronger supporter relationships. We'll run through the new donation and crowdfunding widgets, and explain why first-party-data is becoming the foundation of successful fundraising.

We'll practically train you on how to set up a robust attribution and analytics framework for your paid advertising, together with best-practice techniques to optimise your website. We'll also share a practical roadmap for achieving a 10:1 ROI through an internal call centre, before demonstrating good practice in communications automation and how to keep your existing donors engaged.

On Day Two, we'll turn our attention to what happens behind the scenes. We'll demonstrate how to automate the entire sponsorship journey—from sign-up through to renewals and reporting (including a collaborative work-shop of the best ideas). A big part will be about data management and analysis, including a client presentation of the full feedbacks project flow.

We'll touch upon how to maximise your Gift Aid claims including a run through of our new module and we'll run through internal analytics and how AI is shaping development. We'll discuss and share practical examples of how better reporting and smarter processes can help your team work more efficiently and make better decisions every day.

There's more to the above, and we're looking forward to delivering two action-packed days full of practical ideas, real-world examples and opportunities to learn from one another!
